Entre le pays d'origine et le pays d'accueil: la migration dans l'expérience individuelle. L'étude du cas polono-français

Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy licencjackiej jest analiza zagadnień związanych z wpływem migracji na zachowania językowe, praktyki kulturowe oraz identyfikację narodową jednostki na podstawie przeprowadzonych wywiadów pogłębionych z emigrantką z Polski oraz jej dorosłą córką urodzoną już we Francji. Pierwsza część pracy poświęcona jest teoretycznemu ujęciu problemu i zdefiniowaniu pojęć niezbędnych do przeprowadzenia analizy takich jak dwujęzyczność, dwukulturowość, identyfikacja narodowa oraz strategie akulturacyjne. Przeprowadzona w drugiej części pracy analiza wykazała w obu przypadkach silne przywiązanie do kraju pochodzenia przy jednoczesnej pełnej integracji ze społeczeństwem francuskim.

The subject of this bachelor dissertation is the analysis of issues related to the impact of migration on linguistic behaviours, cultural practices and national identification of an individual on the basis of in-depth interviews conducted with an emigrant woman from Poland and her adult daughter already born in France. The first part of the dissertation is devoted to the theoretical approach to the problem and to defining the terms essential for the analysis, such as bilingualism, biculturalism, national identification and acculturation strategies. The analysis presented in the second part of the dissertation revealed in both respondents a strong attachment to their country of origin while being fully integrated into French society.

Le sujet de ce mémoire de licence est l'analyse des enjeux liés à l'impact de la migration sur les comportements linguistiques, les pratiques culturelles et l'identification nationale d'un individu sur la base de deux entretiens approfondis menés avec une femme émigrée de Pologne et sa fille adulte, déjà née en France. La première partie de ce mémoire est consacrée à une approche théorique du problème et à la définition des termes nécessaires à l'analyse, tels que le bilinguisme, le biculturalisme, l'identification nationale et les stratégies d'acculturation. L'analyse menée dans la deuxième partie de ce travail révèle chez les deux enquêtées un fort attachement à leur pays d'origine accompagné d’une pleine intégration à la société française.
