L’Aminta di Torquato Tasso come uno specchio della corte ferrarese

Celem pracy jest analiza dramatu Torquata Tassa Aminta i przedstawienie go jako dzieła będącego literackim obrazem dworu szesnastowiecznej Ferrary oraz modelem dla gatunku dramatu pasterskiego. Opierając się na biografii autora i odwołując się do realiów społecznych i politycznych panujących na dworze, podjęta została próba zdefiniowania inspiracji i celów przyświecających kompozycji dzieła. Przedstawiono hipotezy dotyczące zaangażowania dramatu w politykę dynastyczną rodziny Este, a także zawarcia w nim krytyki dworu. Opisany został również rozwój gatunku dramatu pasterskiego. Następnie przedstawiono obecne w tekście motywy autobiograficzne i aluzje do dworskiej rzeczywistości oraz postaci historycznych znanych autorowi, a także omówiono najważniejsze tematy poruszone w Amincie – miłość i mnogość jej obliczy, władza oraz wolność. Analiza kończy się wnioskami o niejednoznaczności dramatu i wielości sposobów jego interpretacji w kontekście historycznym i autobiograficznym.

The aim of this thesis is to analyse Torquat Tasso Amint's drama and present it as a work that is a literary image of the court of sixteenth-century Ferrara and a model for the pastoral drama genre. Drawing on the author's biography and referring to the social and political reality of the court, an attempt has been made to define the inspiration and objectives guiding the composition of the work. Hypotheses are presented concerning the drama's involvement in the dynastic politics of the Este family, as well as the inclusion of criticism of the court. The development of the pastoral drama genre is as also described. The autobiographical motifs, allusions to courtly reality and historical figures known to the author presented in the text are subsequently outlined, as well as the most important themes addressed in Aminta - love and its multitude of faces, power and freedom. The analysis closes with conclusions about the ambiguity of the drama and the multiplicity of ways of interpreting it in historical and autobiographical contexts.

La presente tesi si pone l'obiettivo di analizzare il dramma di Torquat Tasso Aminta e di presentarlo come un'opera che rappresenta un'immagine letteraria della corte ferrarese del Cinquecento e un modello per il genere del dramma pastorale. Prendendo come riferimento la biografia dell'autore e la realtà sociale e politica di corte, si è cercato di definire l'ispirazione e gli obiettivi che hanno guidato la composizione dell'opera. Vengono presentate ipotesi sul coinvolgimento del dramma nella politica dinastica degli Estensi e sull'inclusione di critiche della corte. Viene inoltre descritto lo sviluppo del genere del dramma pastorale. Vengono poi presentati i motivi autobiografici presenti nel testo e le allusioni alla realtà cortese e a personaggi storici noti all'autore, nonché i temi più importanti affrontati nell'Aminta: l'amore e la molteplicità delle sue volti, il potere e la libertà. L'analisi si chiude con le conclusioni sull'ambiguità del dramma e sulla molteplicità dei possibli modi di interpretarlo nel contesto storico e autobiografico.
