Wybory do Sejmu Ustawodawczego (1919-1922) – historyczna analiza instytucjonalna

Celem pracy jest ukazanie składu Sejmu Ustawodawczego uformułowanego w wyniku wyborów w latach 1919-1922 na tle systemowym oraz historycznym. Wykorzystując historyczną analizę instytucjonalną przedstawiono instytucję wyborów do Sejmu. W toku analizy wykazano bezpośredni związek pomiędzy procesem wyborczym do Sejmu Ustawodawczego a kształtowaniem się granic nowo odrodzonego państwa polskiego. Zagadnienie to nie było do tej pory analizowane w tak szerokiej perspektywie instytucjonalno-historycznej - istniejące opracowania ograniczają się albo do analizy systemu wyborczego albo wydarzeń historycznych.

The aim of the work is to present the composition of the Legislative Sejm formed as a result of the elections in the years 1919-1922 against the systemic and historical background. Using historical institutional analysis, the institution of elections to the Sejm is presented. The analysis shows a direct connection between the electoral process to the Legislative Sejm and the formation of the borders of the newly reborn Polish state. This issue has not been analyzed so far in such a broad institutional and historical perspective - existing studies are limited to the analysis of either the electoral system or historical events.
