Kultura oporu i strajk nauczycieli w 2019 roku w debacie parlamentarnej

Praca ma na celu przeanalizowanie debaty parlamentarnej z okresu strajku nauczycieli w 2019 roku i opisanie aktorów społecznych, którzy się w tej debacie pojawili. Do badania wykorzystano założenia teorii ugruntowanej, a analizę przeprowadzono przy pomocy narzędzia Atlas.ti. W pracy opisany został system oświaty w Polsce, pozycja społeczno-zawodowa nauczycieli oraz sposób postrzegania tej grupy zawodowej przez opinię publiczną. Następnie zdefiniowano pojęcie strajku, opisano strajk nauczycieli w 2019 roku, a następnie odniesiono się do współczesnej sytuacji w szkolnictwie. Część pracy poświęcono na wyjaśnienie, czym jest kultura oporu, jaką rolę nauczyciele pełnią wobec kultury oporu oraz jak obecnie postrzegane są nauczycielskie zachowania oporowe. W pracy przeanalizowano, jaki obraz nauczycieli i innych aktorów społecznych, m.in. uczniów i rodziców, tworzą parlamentarzyści oraz w jaki sposób politycy mówią o strajku, aby odsunąć od siebie odpowiedzialność za rozwiązanie sporu zbiorowego.

This thesis aims to analyse the parliamentary debate from the 2019 teachers' strike and describe the social actors that emerged in this debate. The assumptions of grounded theory were used for the study and the analysis was carried out using the Atlas.ti tool. The study describes the education system in Poland, the socio-professional position of teachers and the way they are perceived by the public. The thesis defines the term of strike, it describes the teachers' strike in 2019, and then refers to the contemporary situation in education. A part of the paper was devoted to explaining what a culture of resistance is, what role teachers play in relation to a culture of resistance and how teacher resistance behaviour is currently perceived. The paper examines what image of teachers and other social actors, including students and parents, is created by parliamentarians, and how politicians talk about the strike to deflect responsibility for resolving the industrial dispute.
