Hellenistic and Roman Cooking and Kitchen pottery

This paper concerns with the first preliminary study of cooking pottery from the Paphos Agora. It is based on ceramic material found during five seasons of the excavations, between the years 2011 and 2015. The analysed pottery was recovered in Trench I–III. The study considers cooking pottery dated from the Early Hellenistic period to the Late Roman period.
