Człowiek jako obywatel świata. Prawo do podróżowania.

Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy pt. : Człowiek jako obywatel świata. Prawo do podróżowania jest problem prawa ludzi do swobodnego przemieszczania z uwzględnieniem funkcjonujących w tym zakresie ograniczeń. Prawo do podróżowania traktowane jest jako podstawowe prawo każdego człowieka. W pracy zostały przedstawione tło historyczne oraz podstawy prawne swobodnego przemieszczania się ludzi. Wyjaśnione zostało pojęcie prawa do podróżowania. Analizie zostały poddane występujące we współczesnym świecie ograniczenia z nim związane. Istotnym elementem rozważań jest omówienie ograniczeń i praw obywateli Polski związanych z przemieszczaniem się. Prawo do swobodnego przemieszczania się jest podstawowym prawem każdej jednostki na co wskazywał już Kant. Dlatego myśliciela tego można uznać za prekursora prawa do podróżowania. Należy jednak zauważyć, że każde państwo może nakładać pewne ograniczenia w tym zakresie, choć wyraźna jest tendencja do ułatwiania swobodnego przepływu ludzi.

The subject of this work entitled. : Man as a citizen of the world. The right to travel is the problem of people's right to freedom of movement, taking into account the restrictions that operate in this respect. The right to travel is regarded as a fundamental right of every human being. The paper presents the historical background and the legal basis for the free movement of people. The concept of the right to travel is explained. Restrictions on this right in the modern world are analysed. An important element of the considerations is the discussion of limitations and rights of Polish citizens related to movement. The right to free movement is a fundamental right of every individual, as Kant already pointed out. Therefore, this thinker can be considered a precursor of the right to travel. However, it should be noted that each state may impose certain restrictions in this respect, although there is a clear tendency to facilitate the free movement of people.
