Wpływ nowych technologii na cyberbezpieczeństwo

Praca została poświęcona problematyce wpływu nowych technologii na cyberbezpieczeństwo. Głównym celem pracy było pokazanie, w jaki sposób rozwój technologiczny wpływa na poziom bezpieczeństwa w cyberprzestrzeni oraz jakie szanse i zagrożenia wiążą się z wykorzystywaniem nowoczesnych rozwiązań cyfrowych. W pracy przedstawiono cyberbezpieczeństwo jako jeden z istotnych elementów bezpieczeństwa narodowego, a także omówiono wybrane technologie, które obecnie odgrywają największą rolę w środowisku cyfrowym, m.in. sztuczną inteligencję, Internet Rzeczy, chmurę obliczeniową oraz blockchain. Analiza oraz wykonane badania pozwoliły wykazać, że nowe technologie z jednej strony zwiększają możliwości wykrywania i przeciwdziałania cyberzagrożeniom, jednak z drugiej przyczyniają się również do powstawania nowych podatności i bardziej zaawansowanych form ataków. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na znaczenie sztucznej inteligencji, bezpieczeństwo infrastruktury krytycznej oraz rolę edukacji i świadomości użytkowników w ograniczaniu ryzyka cyberzagrożeń. W pracy podkreślono również, że skuteczne zapewnienie cyberbezpieczeństwa wymaga połączenia działań technologicznych, organizacyjnych i edukacyjnych.

The thesis was devoted to the issue of the impact of new technologies on cybersecurity. The main aim of the study was to demonstrate how technological development influences the level of security in cyberspace and what opportunities and threats are associated with the use of modern digital solutions. The paper presents cybersecurity as one of the key elements of national security and discusses selected technologies that currently play the most important role in the digital environment, including artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, cloud computing, and blockchain. The analysis and conducted research showed that new technologies, on the one hand, increase the ability to detect and counter cyber threats, but on the other hand, they also contribute to the emergence of new vulnerabilities and more advanced forms of attacks. Particular attention was paid to the importance of artificial intelligence, the security of critical infrastructure, and the role of education and user awareness in reducing the risk of cyber threats. The thesis also emphasized that effective cybersecurity requires a combination of technological, organizational, and educational measures.
