The impact of English-language songs on the development of language skills of learners at the second educational stage

Praca skupia się na znaczeniu muzyki i kultury w nauczaniu języków, pokazując wieloaspektowy wpływ tych elementów na proces edukacyjny. Jest podzielona na część teoretyczną, która zajmuje się zagadnieniami kulturowymi, rozpatrzeniem pozytywnych stron oraz część praktyczną, która obejmuje zastosowanie jej w praktyce (poprzez 3 zaprojektowane plany lekcji). Wprowadzenie przed częścią teoretyczną obejmuje ogólne i szczegółowe cele pracy, opis aspektu dydaktycznego i rezultat. Część teoretyczna zapewnia przegląd wykorzystania piosenek w nauczaniu języka angielskiego, powołując się na aspekty kulturowe lub szeroko pojęte aspekty zasobów, takie jak nauka słownictwa, gramatyki lub wymowy. Przedstawiono również aspekty dowodzące, że ich wykorzystanie obejmuje wiele bogatych zasobów. Pozostała część pracy dyplomowej koncentruje się na opisaniu cech uczących się i podaniu kilku przykładów wykorzystania piosenek na lekcjach języka angielskiego. Część praktyczna opisuje warunki nauczania, założenia, profil klasy, wiek uczniów, ich poziom kompetencji językowych, tematy lekcji z komponentem kulturowym, a także materiały dydaktyczne i pomoce dydaktyczne. Zawiera również trzy szczegółowe plany lekcji, omówienie wyników nauczania z wykorzystaniem komponentu kulturowego i ogólne wnioski z lekcji. Wszystkie materiały dydaktyczne znajdują się w załączniku.

The work focuses on the importance of music and culture in language teaching, showing the multifaceted influence of these elements on the educational process. It is divided into a theoretical part, which deals with cultural issues, and a practical part, which covers the didactisation of cultural material. The introduction before the theoretical part includes the general and specific objectives of the work, a description of the didactic aspect and the result. The theoretical part provides an overview of the use of inter-songs in teaching English, citing cultural aspects, or broadly resource aspects, such as learning vocabulary, grammar, or pronunciation. Aspects proving that their use involves many rich resources are also presented. The remainder of the diploma project focuses on describing the characteristics of the learners and giving some examples of the use of songs in English lessons. The practical part describes the teaching conditions, the assumptions, the class profile, the age of the pupils, their level of linguistic competence, the topics for lessons with a cultural component, as well as the teaching materials and aids. It also includes three detailed lesson plans, a discussion of the learning outcomes using the cultural component and general conclusions of the lessons. All teaching materials are included in the appendix.
