System równoważnego czasu pracy w Kodeksie pracy

Praca podejmuje tematykę równoważnego systemu czasu pracy, uregulowanego w Kodeksie pracy. W rozdziale pierwszym przedstawione zostały podstawowe zagadnienia związane z czasem pracy i jego organizacją. Drugi rozdział poświęcony jest omówieniu systemu równoważnego czasu pracy – poprzez wskazanie istoty mechanizmu równoważenia oraz scharakteryzowanie poszczególnych rodzajów systemu równoważnego na podstawie analizy przepisów Kodeksu pracy i przeglądu dostępnej literatury. Trzeci rozdział pracy dotyczy aspektów takich jak wprowadzanie systemów równoważnych, ograniczenia w ich stosowaniu, a także funkcja, jaką pełni omawiane rozwiązanie organizacyjne.

This thesis addresses the topic of the equivalent working time system, regulated in the Polish Labor Code. The first chapter presents the main issues related to working time and its organisation. The second chapter covers the subject of equivalent working time system - by indicating the equivalence mechanism and characterising different types of equivalent system, basing on an analysis of the Labour Code regulations and a review of the literature. The third chapter focuses on aspects such as the implementation of equivalent systems, the limitations on their use and the purposes these systems serve.
