Teoretyczne ujęcie bezpieczeństwa oraz bezpieczeństwa wewnętrznego

Security and internal security are vague theoretical categories. However decomposition and fragmentation as well as subjective and objective ap- proach explains these complex but ambiguous terms. Author presents collo- quial and scientific understanding of these terms, shows various theoretical approaches recognized since 50s. He follows classic recognition of internal and external security of state. Then he focuses on internal security of state and presents some dilemmas. Finally internal security is being separated into three terms: public security, civil protection and constitutional security.
