Poniższa praca „Wpływ charakterystyki filmów typu „horror gaming” na reakcje użytkowników platformy YouTube. Studium przypadku kanałów DomPlays oraz stoopsky” zajmuje się tematyką filmów horror gamingowych na YouTubie oraz elementów czyniących je atrakcyjnymi. Przyjęto hipotezę badawczą, uznająca, iż: niektóre elementy charakterystyki filmów na YouTubie mają wpływ na większą liczbę reagowania na nie, jednak nie istnieje jedna uniwersalna charakterystyka, która gwarantowałaby sukces. W pracy opisane zostało środowisko YouTube oraz osoba twórcy, czyli youtuber. Przyjrzano się również kanałom tworzącym filmy z gatunku horror gaming, po czym wyjaśniono zapotrzebowanie na te treści w serwisie YouTube. Aby stwierdzić czy istnieją cechy filmów horror gaming, które wywołują większe zainteresowanie widzów i skłaniają ich do reagowania na dany film, podjęto się obserwacji treści kanałów dwóch youtuberów horror gamingowych: DomPlays oraz stoopsky. W wyniku przeprowadzonych badań okazało się, że częściej wyświetlane materiały wideo tych youtuberów posiadają wspólne cechy charakterystyki. Użytkownicy częściej reagują na wybrane elementy, jednak nie istnieje jednoznaczny, niezawodny sposób na tworzenie popularnych filmów horror gamingowych na YouTubie.

This thesis The impact of the characteristics of horror gaming videos on the reactions of YouTube users. A case study of the DomPlays and stoopsky channels pertains the subject of horror gaming videos on YouTube as well as the characteristics that make them attractive to the viewer's eyes. A hypothesis was chosen, that there are some elements of the YouTube video characteristics that have an impact on the number of YouTube users' reactions, but that there is not a universal characteristic that would guarantee success. Horror gaming channels were looked into, after which the demand for horror gaming on YouTube was explained. To find out if there are qualities that create demand and provoke reactions from YouTube users, two horror gaming channels, DomPlays and stoopsky, were observed. After research it was discovered that their most viewed videos have some common characteristic traits. YouTube users react more frequently to those traits, but there isn't one fully reliable way to create popular horror gaming content on YouTube.
