Bezpieczeństwo informacyjne Polski a zagrożenia dezinformacyjne w mediach społecznościowych

Praca zajmuje się problematyką bezpieczeństwa informacyjnego Polski w kontekście zagrożeń dezinformacyjnych w mediach społecznościowych. Celem pracy jest analiza wpływu dezinformacji na funkcjonowanie państwa i społeczeństwa oraz przedstawienie jakie istnieją mechanizmy przeciwdziałania temu zjawisku. Omówiono istotę pojęcia bezpieczeństwa informacyjnego, a także formy i techniki prowadzenia kampanii dezinformacyjnych w mediach społecznościowych. Podano przykłady treści dezinformacyjnych w przestrzeni internetowej. Przedstawiono ramy prawne i instytucjonalne systemu przeciwdziałania dezinformacji, strategie państwowe oraz inicjatywy edukacyjne i kampanie społeczne.

The thesis addresses the issue of Poland’s information security in the context of disinformation threats in social media. The aim of the study is to analyze the impact of disinformation on the functioning of the state and society, as well as to present the existing mechanisms for counteracting this phenomenon. The paper discusses the essence of the concept of information security, as well as the forms and techniques used in disinformation campaigns conducted through social media. Examples of disinformation content appearing in the online environment are also presented. Furthermore, the thesis examines the legal and institutional framework of the anti-disinformation system, state strategies, as well as educational initiatives and public awareness campaigns.
