The study investigates the historical evolution of human rights within the UAE, comparing its practices with international norms and conventions, and assessing the impact of cultural and religious factors on policy implementation. It offers a comprehensive analysis of the UAE's participation in global human rights mechanisms, the effects of its legal reforms, and the ongoing challenges in areas such as labor rights, gender equality, and freedom of expression. Key case studies are utilized to illustrate the practical application of human rights policies within the UAE, evaluating how international cooperation influences domestic practices. The research highlights the complex interplay between the UAE's rapid modernization and its cultural and religious identity, exploring how these factors both support and challenge the alignment with global human rights standards. The conclusions drawn from this study aim to contribute to a broader understanding of human rights implementation in culturally diverse societies and provide insights for future policy development in the UAE and similar contexts.
