Дискурс в медицине: краткий обзор мировой литературы

The well-known ancient Roman writer Pliny the Elder said, “There is no art more useful than medicine” [12]. According to the greatest Greek physician Hippocrates, “the art of medicine consists of three elements: the disease, the patient and the doctor” [12]. The doctor and the patient are the main participants in the treatment of the disease, so the corresponding result of their communication has a great influence on the effectiveness of the therapy itself. Successful communication is impossible without using the language and the texts created on its basis. The purpose of this theoretical work is to provide a brief overview of the most important theories about medical discourse, their current trends in world literature including the world literature in Polish and Russian.

Известный древнеримский писатель Плиний Старший сказал: «Нет искусства полезнее медицины» [12]. Согласно величайшему греческому врачу Гиппократу, «искусство медицины состоит из трех элементов: болезнь, больной и врач» [12]. Врач и пациент являются главными участниками процесса лечения заболевания, поэтому соответствующий результат их общения оказывает большое влияние на эффективность самой терапии. Успешное общение невозможно без использования языка и созданных на его основе текстов. Цель настоящей теоретической работы – сделать краткий обзор важнейших теорий о медицинском дискурсе, их современных направлениях в мировой литературе, в том числе на польском и русском языках.
