La photographie dans les Les Années et L’autre fille d’Annie Ernaux

Niniejsza praca poświęcona jest roli fotografii w powieściach Annie Ernaux Lata (2008) i Inna dziewczyna (2011). Odwołując się do koncepcji „poczucia wyobcowania” i „narracja badawczej na temat pisarstwa” zaproponowanych przez Élise Hugueny-Léger, autorka analizuje, w jaki sposób Ernaux wykorzystuje zdjęcia jako narzędzie narracyjne do zgłębiania tematów pamięci, tożsamości i czasu. W pracy pokazano, jak Ernaux konfrontuje się z przeszłością i łączy pamięć indywidualną z pamięcią zbiorową za pomocą obrazów, tworząc głęboko osobistą, ale jednocześnie uniwersalną opowieść.

The present work explores the role of photography in Annie Ernaux's The Years and The Other Girl. By analyzing the significance of photographs in these works, I explore how the author uses them as a narrative tool to explore themes of memory, identity and time. This study examines the notion of “sense of dispossession and the notion of “interrogation of one’s writing process” In addition, it looks at how Ernaux encounters the past and links individual memory to collective memory through the use of images.

Le présent travail explore le rôle de la photographie dans les romans Les Années et L'Autre fille d'Annie Ernaux. En analysant la signification des photographies dans ces œuvres, j’explore la façon dont l'auteur s'en sert comme outil narratif pour explorer les thèmes de la mémoire, de l'identité et du temps. Cette étude examine la notion de « sentiment de dépossession » et la notion de « récit d'enquête sur l'écriture » En outre, elle aborde la manière dont Ernaux rencontre avec le passé et relie la mémoire individuelle à la mémoire collective à travers l'utilisation des images.
