Doręczenia elektroniczne w administracji publicznej

Praca licencjacka pt. „Doręczenia elektroniczne w administracji publicznej przedstawia zagadnienia wdrażania i funkcjonowania usługi e-doręczeń w polskim systemie administracji. Opracowanie zawiera analizę procesu implementacji usługi, uzasadnienia celów regulacji oraz korzyści wynikających z jej stosowania. Podstawę prawną rozważań stanowi ustawa o doręczeniach elektronicznych z dnia 18 listopada 2020 r. uzupełniona analizą przepisów innych aktów normatywnych powiązanych z tematem pracy. W treści opisano najważniejsze zagadnienia i pojęcia, takie jak: ADE, BAE, PUH i KURDE. Przeprowadzono też przegląd problemów towarzyszących stosowaniu e-doręczeń i przedstawiono harmonogram wdrożeń usługi. Praca kończy się refleksją na temat potencjalnego rozwoju tego rozwiązania oraz jego wpływu na administrację publiczną.

The bachelor's thesis entitled „Electronic delivery in public administration” presents the issues related to the implementation and functioning of the e-delivery service in the Polish administrative system. The study includes an analysis of the service implementation process, as well as the justification of the regulation's objectives and the benefits of its use. The legal basis for the discussion is the Act on Electronic Delivery of 18 November 2020, completed by an analysis of other normative acts related to the topic of the thesis. The content describes the most important issues and concepts, such as: ADE, BAE, PUH and KURDE. A review of the problems associated with the use of e-delivery service was also carried out and a schedule for the implementation of the service was presented. The work concludes with a reflection on the potential development of this solution and its impact on public administration.
