Niniejsza rozprawa podejmuje zagadnienie korporacyjnej wolności religijnej (corporate religious freedom), czyli problematykę korzystania z tej wolności i poszukiwania jej ochrony – w przypadku jej naruszenia – przez działające for-profit osoby prawne, takie jak spółki akcyjne czy spółki z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością.

This thesis examines the concept of corporate religious freedom, focusing on whether for-profit entities with independent legal personality – such as commercial corporations or limited liability companies – may exercise religious freedom and seek legal protection when that freedom is allegedly infringed.
