Niniejsza praca analizuje traumy rodzinne w powieściach Cudzoziemka Marii Kuncewiczowej i Die Ausgesperrten Elfriede Jelinek. Traumy odgrywają ważną rolę w rozwoju osobistym i samopoczuciu zarówno nastolatków, jak i dorosłych. Pokazane zostanie, jak doświadczenia z przeszłości nie tylko kształtują tożsamość starszego pokolenia, ale także mogą determinować jego relacje z otoczeniem, zwłaszcza z rodziną. Ponadto poruszane są aspekty alienacji, blokady i ról płciowych mężczyzn i kobiet. Na koniec zostaną porównane ze sobą dwa zakończenia książek.

This paper analyses the family traumas in the novels The Strangerby Maria Kuncewiczowa and Wonderful, Wonderful Times by Elfriede Jelinek. Traumas play an important role in the personal development and well-being of both adolescents and adults. It is shown how past experiences not only shape the identity of the older generation, but can also determine their relationship to their environment, especially their family. In addition, the aspects of alienation, lockout and the gender roles of men and women are addressed. Finally, the two ends of the books will be compared with each other.

Diese Arbeit analysiert die Familientraumata in den Romanen Cudzoziemka von Maria Kuncewiczowa und Die Ausgesperrten von Elfriede Jelinek. Traumata spielen eine bedeutende Rolle für die Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und das Wohlbefinden sowohl der Jugendlichen als auch der Erwachsenen.
