The global ramification of the Syrian conflict 2011-2025

Niniejsza praca licencjacka bada konflikt syryjski od 2011 do 2025 r. i jego dalekosiężne globalne konsekwencje. Badanie bada korzenie wojny domowej, zaangażowanie regionalnych i międzynarodowych aktorów, niepowodzenie globalnych instytucji rządowych i następujący po nim kryzys humanitarny. Analiza obejmuje interwencje wojskowe takich mocarstw, jak Rosja, Iran, Turcja i Stany Zjednoczone, a także rosnący wpływ aktorów niepaństwowych, w tym ISIS, Dżabhat an-Nusra, sił kurdyjskich i innych. Praca ocenia również rolę międzynarodowych instytucji, takich jak Organizacja Narodów Zjednoczonych i Liga Arabska, i omawia wpływ konfliktu na politykę europejską, islamofobię, przepływy uchodźców i globalną równowagę sił. Badania zwracają uwagę na długoterminowe społeczno-polityczne i ekonomiczne konsekwencje dla Syrii i szerszego Bliskiego Wschodu.

This bachelor’s thesis examines the Syrian conflict from 2011 to 2025 and its far-reaching global consequences. The study explores the roots of the civil war, the involvement of regional and international actors, the failure of global governance institutions, and the humanitarian crisis that followed. The analysis covers military interventions by powers such as Russia, Iran, Turkey, and the United States, and the growing influence of non-state actors including ISIS, Jabhat al-Nusra, Kurdish Forces and others. The thesis also evaluates the role of international institutions like the United Nations and the Arab League, and discusses the impact of the conflict on European politics, Islamophobia, refugee flows, and the global balance of power. The research draws attention to the long-term socio-political and economic consequences for Syria and the Broader Middle East.
