Il racconto della malattia mentale nella narrativa italiana degli ultimi anni (2016-2021): tra letteratura e medicina

The article focuses on the representation of mental illness in the Italian narrative of the last six years. The significant increase in mental illness narratives is interpreted in the light of the paradigms of Medical Humanities and Narrative Medicine. In this perspective, some novels that illustrate a possible contribution of literature to psychiatry will be analyzed with particular attention.
