The first chapter of this paper is intended to serve as an introduction to the cryptocurrency market, aiming to explain the underlying blockchain technology and the basics of investing in crypto assets safely and responsibly, such as safely buying and storing cryptocurrencies as well as not falling prey to scams. The second chapter focuses on some of the available tools that can be used to analyze any particular cryptocurrency project in terms of its investment potential, as well as analyze the current state of the cryptocurrency market as a whole. These tools include project, financial, and on-chain indicators, which are part of fundamental analysis, as well as psychology and using investment funds to assess a project. Various scientific sources, including scientific papers and multiple internet sources, are used. The last chapter then demonstrates the practical analysis of two cryptocurrency projects, Bitcoin and Ethereum, conducted by employing the methods described in the previous chapter.
