Projekt zagospodarowania obszaru polotniskowego warszawskiego Okęcia

Celem pracy jest stworzenie projektu zagospodarowania terenu obecnego lotniska Chopina w Warszawie oraz powiązanych z nim terenów przyległych. W pracy do części teoretycznej zostały wykorzystane artykuły naukowe, książki o projektowaniu miast, urzędowe strony internetowe oraz portale mapowe. Do wykonania analiz terenu opracowania oraz projektu posłużyły narzędzia GIS, program AutoCAD oraz inwentaryzacja terenowa. Praca składa się z czterech etapów. Pierwszym krokiem było zidentyfikowanie problemów terenów polotniskowych, aby jak najlepiej zrozumieć specyfikę tych obszarów. Następnie poddano analizie tereny: Tempelhof w Berlinie, Riem w Monachium oraz Fornebu w Oslo jako przykłady dobrej praktyki zagospodarowania terenów polotniskowych. W kolejnym kroku przeanalizowano teren opracowania, pod względem m.in. funkcjonalnym, transportowym, wysokościowym czy dokumentów planistycznych. Pozwoliło to na identyfikację kluczowych elementów, które należało uwzględnić w projekcie zagospodarowania nowej dzielnicy. Ostatnim etapem realizującym główny cel pracy jest przedstawienie szczegółowych rozwiązań projektowych dla polotniskowego terenu warszawskiego Okęcia.

The aim of this thesis is to create a development plan for the current Chopin Airport in Warsaw and its adjacent areas. For the theoretical part, scientific articles, books on urban design, official websites, and map portals were utilized. GIS tools, AutoCAD software, and field surveys were used for the site analysis and project development. The work consists of four stages. The first step involved identifying the issues of the post-airport areas to better understand the specifics of these zones. Next, the areas of Tempelhof in Berlin, Riem in Munich, and Fornebu in Oslo were analyzed as examples of best practices in post-airport land development. In the following step, the study area was analyzed in terms of functionality, transportation, elevation, and planning documents, among others. This allowed for the identification of key elements that needed to be considered in the development plan for the new district. The final stage, which addresses the main objective of the thesis, presents detailed design solutions for the post-airport area of Warsaw's Okęcie.
