Celem niniejszej pracy licencjackiej jest analiza traum doświadczanych przez bohaterki tytułowego serialu w aspekcie ich rozwoju osobistego na drodze do zemsty, która ma się nie dokonać. Badanie opiera się na zdefiniowaniu problemu, który zdaje się wyznaczać los postaci, oraz na obserwacji zmian, które pod jego wpływem w nich zaszły. Praca przedstawia refleksje teoretyczne służące wyjaśnieniu terminu traumy i klasyfikacji jej odmian, wraz z jej możliwymi konsekwencjami jakie ze sobą może nieść. W tym kontekście poruszony jest aspekt relacji między figurą ojca a wychowaniem córki, mając na uwadze reperkusje braku tejże relacji w dorosłym już życiu kobiety. Interpretacja traum poszczególnych postaci pozwala na zdiagnozowanie ich przyczyny oraz ukazanie ich międzypokoleniowej powtarzalności. W pracy dokonana została również analiza audiowizualna, przedstawiająca to, w jaki sposób gra kolorów, dźwięków i kompozycji kształtów pozwala na określenie nastroju panującego w danej scenie, obrazuje charakter postaci oraz przybliża widzowi rozumienie fabuły, w której przebiegu kobiety uzbrojone w doświadczenie traumy przezwyciężają potrzebę zemsty, kontynuują życie wolne od jej ciężaru i zyskują wartość we własnych oczach.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze the traumas experienced by the protagonists of the titular series in relation to their personal development on a path toward revenge that ultimately remains unfulfilled. The study is based on defining a central problem that appears to determine the characters' fates, as well as observing the changes that occur in them as a result of the existence of such problem. The thesis presents theoretical reflections aimed at explaining the concept of trauma and classifying its various forms, along with the possible consequences it may entail. In this context, the relationship between the father figure and the upbringing of the daughter is explored, with particular attention paid to the repercussions of the absence of this relationship in a woman's adult life. The interpretation of the characters’ traumas allows for the identification of their origins and highlights their intergenerational repetition. The work also includes an audiovisual analysis, illustrating how the interplay of color, sound, and compositional form helps define the mood of a given scene, portrays the nature of the characters, and enhances the viewer’s understanding of the plot, within which the women—armed with the experience of trauma—overcome the need for revenge, continue living free from its burden, and reclaim their sense of self-worth.

El objetivo de esta tesis de diplomatura es analizar los traumas experimentados por las protagonistas de la serie homónima en el contexto de su desarrollo personal en el camino hacia una venganza que no puede llegar a concretarse. El estudio se basa en la definición de un problema que parece determinar el destino de los personajes, así como en la observación de los cambios que dicho problema provoca en ellas. El trabajo presenta reflexiones teóricas destinadas a explicar el término “trauma” y a clasificar sus variantes, junto con las posibles consecuencias que puede acarrear. En este contexto, se aborda el aspecto de la relación entre la figura parental y la crianza de la hija, teniendo en cuenta las repercusiones de la ausencia de esta figura en la vida adulta de la mujer. La interpretación de los traumas de cada personaje permite definir su origen y revelar su carácter intergeneracionalmente repetitivo. Asimismo, el trabajo incluye un análisis audiovisual que muestra cómo el uso del color, el sonido y la composición de las formas permite definir el ambiente de una escena determinada, refleja el carácter de los personajes y facilita al espectador la comprensión de la trama, a lo largo de la cual las mujeres, armadas con la experiencia del trauma, superan la necesidad de venganza, continúan la vida libres de su carga y adquieren valor a sus propios ojos.
