Obraz idealnego ucznia z perspektywy uczniów i nauczycieli

Celem pracy jest rekonstrukcja obrazu idealnego ucznia z perspektywy zarówno uczniów, jak i nauczycieli. W podstawach teoretycznych pracy wyjaśnione zostały pojęcia dotyczące środowisk wychowawczych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem szkoły, która odgrywa kluczową rolę w procesie wychowawczym uczniów. Zdefiniowana i scharakteryzowana została także relacja nauczyciel - uczeń oraz znaczenie tworzenia obrazu idealnego ucznia przez nauczycieli dla motywacji, efektywności kształcenia oraz samooceny uczniów. W badaniach posłużono się techniką ankiety oraz wywiadu. Wśród badanych znaleźli się maturzyści oraz nauczyciele klas maturalnych. W wyniku przeprowadzonych badań uzyskano trzy obrazy idealnego ucznia: 1. z perspektywy uczniów, 2. z perspektywy uczniów - obraz idealnego ucznia tworzony przez nauczycieli oraz 3. z perspektywy nauczycieli. Zostały one zestawione i porównane. Badania wskazały na różnorodność trzech scharakteryzowanych obrazów, ich przyczyn oraz konsekwencji. Konstruowane obrazy mają znaczenie dla funkcjonowania zarówno uczniów, jak i nauczycieli w szkole, oraz na ich wzajemne relacje. Relacje te są kluczowe dla procesu kształcenia i mają dalekosiężne skutki w kontekście formowania przyszłych pokoleń. W analizie podkreślono, że zrozumienie tych obrazów oraz związanych z nimi relacji międzyludzkich jest kluczowe dla opracowywania skutecznych strategii edukacyjnych i poprawy jakości edukacji.

The aim of the paper is to reconstruct the image of the ideal student from the perspective of both students and teachers. The theoretical foundations of the paper explain the concepts of educational environments, with a particular focus on the school, which plays a key role in the educational process of students. The teacher-pupil relationship is also defined and characterised, as well as the importance of teachers' creation of an image of the ideal pupil for motivation, educational effectiveness and pupils' self-evaluation. Survey and interview techniques were used in the research. The respondents included secondary school students and teachers of secondary school classes. The research yielded three images of the ideal student: 1. from the students' perspective, 2. from the students' perspective - the image of the ideal student created by the teachers and 3. from the teachers' perspective. These were collated and compared. The research indicated the diversity of the three characterised images, their causes and consequences. The images constructed have a bearing on the functioning of both students and teachers at school and on their relationships with each other. These relationships are central to the educational process and have far-reaching consequences in terms of forming future generations. The study emphasises that understanding these images and the associated interpersonal relationships is crucial for developing effective educational strategies and improving the quality of education.
