Wyzwania bezpieczeństwa społecznego RP w kontekście problemów mieszkaniowych i zmian demograficznych

Poniższa praca „Wyzwania bezpieczeństwa społecznego Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej w kontekście problemów mieszkaniowych i zmian demograficznych” obejmuje tematykę związaną z wpływem polityki mieszkaniowej i zmianami demograficznymi na bezpieczeństwo społeczne państwa. Głównym pytaniem badawczym, jakie zawarto w pracy jest: „w jaki sposób zmiany demograficzne oraz problemy mieszkaniowe wpływają na bezpieczeństwo społeczne Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej?” W pracy przybliżono rolę bezpieczeństwa społecznego w systemie bezpieczeństwa narodowego. Przedstawiono również uwarunkowania demograficzne bezpieczeństwa demograficznego w Polsce i wskazano problemy związane z polityką mieszkaniową mające wpływ na bezpieczeństwo społeczne. Wskazano również na wzajemne zależności między zmianami demograficznymi, a problemami mieszkaniowymi. Przedstawiono także możliwe scenariusze rozwoju polityki mieszkaniowej w kontekście prognoz demograficznych dla Polski wraz z propozycjami działań dla administracji państwowej i samorządowej. Przedstawiono również możliwe konsekwencje zaniechania działań dla bezpieczeństwa wewnętrznego państwa. Do napisania pracy wykorzystano głównie regulacje prawne, literaturę przedmiotu z zakresu polityki mieszkaniowej i bezpieczeństwa społecznego, raporty i sprawozdania oraz źródła internetowe.

The following master's thesis, entitled „Social Security Challenges of the Republic of Poland in the Context of Housing Problems and Demographic Changes”, addresses issues related to the impact of housing policy and demographic changes on the social security of the state. The main research question posed in the thesis is: „How do demographic changes and housing problems affect the social security of the Republic of Poland?”

The thesis discusses the role of social security within the national security system. It also presents the demographic determinants of demographic security in Poland and identifies housing policy issues that influence social security. Furthermore, the study highlights the interrelationships between demographic changes and housing problems. Possible scenarios for the development of housing policy in the context of demographic forecasts for Poland are also presented, together with proposals for actions to be undertaken by state and local government authorities. In addition, the thesis outlines the potential consequences of failing to take appropriate measures for the internal security of the state.

The thesis is based primarily on legal regulations, academic literature concerning housing policy and social security, reports and official studies, as well as internet sources.
