Wiersze pochwalne z tomu „pieśni sobie śpiewane” konstancji benisławskiej: autorstwo i problematyka

Celem artykułu jest przybliżenie funkcji, jaką pełnią wiersze pochwalne poprzedzające zbiór modlitw poetyckich Pieśni sobie śpiewane (Wilno 1776) Konstancji Benisławskiej (1847–1806), inflanckiej poetki doby wczesnego oświecenia. Tekst przedstawia również nowe ustalenia biograficzne w odniesieniu do autorki Pieśni… oraz identyfikuje autora dwóch ostatnich panegiryków, dotychczas ukrywającego się pod pseudonimem F. M. D. F. Ustalenia te pozwalają na postawienie tezy, że pseudonimizacja wierszy wpisywała się w co najmniej dwie konwencje: przyjacielskiej intymności i ukrywania rodzinnych powiązań z poetką.

The aim of this article is to shed light on the profiles of the authors of the panegyrics and the functions performed by the laudatory poems preceding the collection of poetic prayers entitled Pieśni sobie śpiewane [Songs Sung to Oneself] (Vilnius 1776) by Konstancja Benisławska (1747–1806), an Inflantian poet of the early Enlightenment period. The study also presents new biographical findings regarding the poet herself, as well as identifies the author of the final two panegyrics, who had previously remained concealed under the pseudonym F. M. D. F. These findings make it possible to advance the thesis that the pseudonymization of the poems was motivated by at least two distinct conventions: that of amicable intimacy and that of concealing family ties to the poet.
