Historia i rozwój firmy MAPPA w latach 2011-2025 w kontekście odbioru społecznego anime

Celem niniejszej pracy jest przedstawienie i analiza studia MAPPA jako jednego z głównych studiów animacyjnych w Japonii. W pracy podjęta zostanie próba wykazania, że MAPPA nie tylko tworzy wysokiej jakości produkcje, ale także wywiera znaczący wpływ na trendy i kierunki rozwoju branży animacyjnej. Zakres pracy obejmuje historię rozwoju firmy – od dnia jej założenia (14.06.2011) aż do dziś (czerwca 2025 roku). Analiza skupia się na najważniejszych dziełach studia, jego współpracy z innymi podmiotami oraz strategiach zarządzania, które przyczyniły się do sukcesu firmy.

The aim of this thesis is to present and analyze MAPPA Studio as one of the leading animation studios in Japan. This work will attempt to demonstrate that MAPPA not only produces high-quality content but also significantly influences trends and directions in the animation industry. The scope of the thesis covers the history of the company’s development—from its founding on June 14, 2011, up to the present day (June 2025). The analysis focuses on the studio’s most important works, its collaborations with other entities, and the management strategies that have contributed to the company’s success.
