Kobieta jako ofiara handlu ludźmi Celem pracy było ukazanie kobiety jako ofiary przestępstwa handlu ludźmi oraz określenie dlaczego to właśnie kobieta jest głównym celem handlarzy ludźmi zarówno globalnie jak i lokalnie, w Polsce, na podstawie znanej dotąd wiedzy, literatury, danych statystycznych i wyroków sądowych. Ukazano zarówno główne przyczyny i skutki handlu ludźmi jak i profil popełniających to przestępstwo i ofiar tego przestępstwa. Wskazano główne przyczyny handlu ludźmi i faktu dlaczego to kobiety są głównymi ofiarami tego przestępstwa. Ukazano jak zwalczać to przestępstwo i jakie instytucje jakimi narzędziami starają się przeciwdziałać temu procederowi, a także główne formy wykorzystywania ofiar handlu ludźmi. Dane globalne i lokalne oparto o wiarygodne raporty MSWiA, Eurostatu i Departamentu Stanu USA. Globalny ogląd problemy pozwolił na ukazanie trendu samego procederu i czy jest on odpowiednio zwalczany w każdym z zakątków świata. Ukazanie statystyk lokalnych pozwoliło na lepsze ukazanie problemu w samej Polsce i pewne trendy klarujące się w tym procederze.

Woman as a victim of human trafficking The purpose of this paper was to show a woman as a victim of the crime of human trafficking and to determine why it is a woman who is the main target of human traffickers both globally and locally, in Poland, based on the knowledge known so far, literature, statistical data and court judgments. Both the main causes and consequences of human trafficking and the profile of those committing this crime and the victims of this crime were shown. The main causes of human trafficking and the fact why women are the main victims of this crime were indicated. It was shown how to combat this crime and what institutions with what tools are trying to counteract it, as well as the main forms of exploitation of trafficking victims. Global and local data were based on reliable reports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Eurostat and the US State Department. A global view of the problems made it possible to show the trend of the practice itself and whether it is adequately combated in each corner of the world. Showing local statistics allowed to better show the problem in Poland itself and some trends clarifying this procedure.
