KONCEPCJE POLITYCZNO-PRAWNE GEORGES'A SORELA

W niniejszej pracy podjęty został temat koncepcji polityczno-prawnych Georges’a Sorela. Jej celem jest szczegółowe przedstawienie, analiza oraz porównanie z innymi nurtami idei omawianego myśliciela. Ukazana została problematyka określenia miejsca refleksji rzeczonego autora w historii doktryn polityczno-prawnych, w tym jego stosunek wobec doktryny socjalistycznej. Zaznaczony został ponadto szerszy kontekst kształtowania się ruchu syndykalistycznego oraz filozoficzne podstawy analizowanych koncepcji. Zwrócono uwagę na poglądy, wyrażane przez G. Sorela w odniesieniu do zagadnień prawniczych. Opisano idee najczęściej przywoływane z literaturze przedmiotu, włącznie z krytyką demokracji parlamentarnej i koncepcją mitu społecznego. Praca zawiera prezentację głównych tez i przekonań politycznych G. Sorela, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem postulowanej funkcji wychowawczej ruchu syndykalistycznego. Przedstawiono antyracjonalistyczną orientację myśli autora, jako istotny składnik ideologii oraz punkt wyjścia jego refleksji polityczno-prawnej.

This study investigates the subject of Georges Sorel's political and legal concepts. Its aim is to provide a detailed presentation, analysis and comparison with other doctrines of the ideas of that philosopher. It discusses the issue of determining the place of the author's thought in the history of political and legal doctrines, including his attitude towards the socialist ideology. In addition, the broader context of the formation of the syndicalist movement and the philosophical foundations of the analyzed concepts are indicated. Attention is drawn to the views expressed by G. Sorel in relation to legal issues. The thesis describes the ideas most frequently cited in the literature on the subject, including the criticism of parliamentary democracy and the concept of social myth. It contains a presentation of G. Sorel's main arguments and political beliefs, with particular emphasis on the notion of educational function of the syndicalist movement. The anti-rationalist orientation of the author's thought is presented as an important component of the ideology and the starting point of his political and legal considerations.
