This thesis examines the influence of Christian Zionism on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict during the Trump Administration (2017-2020). It delves into the unique intersection of religion and international relations, highlighting the peculiar case of Christian Zionists who, despite their non-Jewish ethnicity and religious belief, staunchly support Israel. The study traces the origins and theological underpinnings of Christian Zionism, particularly premillennial dispensationalism, from its roots in the British Isles to its integration with American fundamentalist and evangelical movements. The thesis explores the evolution of Christian Zionism alongside key moments in Israel's history, including its interaction with the policies of Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama, culminating in a detailed analysis of its role during the Trump presidency. The research analyzes how Christian Zionists organized themselves, influenced policies, and reacted to developments in the conflict, including major events like settlement expansions, the U.S. embassy's relocation to Jerusalem, and Trump's Deal of the Century.
