OCHRONA PRACY KOBIET W ZWIĄZKU Z MACIERZYŃSTWEM

Niniejsza praca magisterska ma na celu przedstawienie i analizę prawnych regulacji dotyczących ochrony pracy kobiet w związku z macierzyństwem. Z rozważań wyłączone zostały kwestie dotyczące ochrony trwałości stosunku pracy kobiet w ciąży i w okresie urlopu macierzyńskiego. Praca składa się z czerech rozdziałów. W pracy przedstawiona została kwestia źródeł prawa w zakresie uprawnień kobiet w ciąży i w okresie macierzyństwa. Analizie poddane zostały zarówno akty prawa zarówno międzynarodowego, jak i europejskiego oraz prawa polskiego. Ponadto zaprezentowane zostały zagadnienia dotyczące zakazu wykonywania prac wzbronionych kobietom w ciąży, a także problematyka czasu pracy kobiet w okresie macierzyństwa oraz kwestie związane z urlopami związanymi z macierzyństwem. W pracy uwzględniono także, w niezbędnym dla rozważań zakresie, problematykę świadczeń z ubezpieczenia społecznego w związku z macierzyństwem.

This thesis aims to present and analyse the legal regulation of women's labour protection in relation to motherhood. Issues concerning the protection of the permanence of the employment relationship of pregnant women and during maternity leave are excluded from consideration. The thesis consists of four chapters. The dissertation presents the issue of the sources of law on the rights of pregnant women and during maternity. The analysis covers acts of both International and European law as well as Polish law. In addition, issues concerning the prohibition of prohibited work for pregnant women and women who are breastfeeding are presented, as well as the issue of working time for women during motherhood and issues related to maternity-related leaves. The paper also considers, to the extent necessary for consideration, the issue of social insurance benefits in connection with maternity.
