Przystosowanie nowych mieszkańców Warszawy w latach 1858-1863. Na podstawie „Pamiętnika Kazimiery Rogowskiej”.

Niniejsza praca dotyczy przystosowania się migrantów pochodzenia ziemiańskiego zmuszonych porzucić, po śmierci głowy rodziny, dotychczasowe wiejskie środowisko w którym żyli, na rzecz wielkomiejskiego środowiska Warszawy połowy XIX wieku. Celem pracy jest zbadanie problemów, takich jak asymilacja, kryzys migracyjny, weryfikacja wyobrażeń i oczekiwań związanych z nowym miejscem zamieszkania, a także ocena potrzeb podstawowych i ich zaspokojenie. Praca jest próbą uchwycenia obrazu przez pryzmat mikrohistorii, a konkretnie widzianej z punktu widzenia „zwykłego” uczestnika historii, piszącego na swoje potrzeby, bez zamysłu, że będzie czytał i oceniał to większy krąg czytających. Właśnie taki przekaz daje możliwość przekazania szczerych intencji i zbliżenia się do prawdziwego, codziennego życia ludzi. Praca jest podzielona na wstęp, trzy rozdziały obejmujące podrozdziały i zakończenie. W pierwszym rozdziale omówiłem wyobrażenia i oczekiwania związane z przeprowadzką, potrzeby w momencie przybycia i jakie były pierwsze wrażenia dotyczące nowego miejsca zamieszkania. Drugi rozdział skupia się w całości na relacjach społecznych migrantów z mieszkańcami Warszawy, natomiast trzeci jest poświęcony odmiennym warunkom środowiskowym w jakich odnaleźć się musiała autorka pamiętnika, wraz z rodziną, a także to, jak ewoluowało ich zachowanie, a końcowym wątkiem jest ocena, w jakich kategoriach emocjonalnych odbierały swoje miejsce zamieszkania.

These studies concern the adaptation of migrants of landed gentry origin, forced to abandon, after the death of the head of the family, the rural environment in which they lived for the metropolitan environment of Warsaw in the mid-19th century. The aim of the studies is to examine problems such as assimilation, the migration crisis, verification of ideas and expectations related to the new place of residence, as well as the assessment of basic needs and their satisfaction. The studies are an attempt to capture the image through the prism of microhistory, specifically from the point of view of an ordinary participant in history, writing for his own needs, without the intention that it will be read and assessed by a larger group of readers. This type of message allows you to convey sincere intentions and get closer to people's real, everyday lives. The studies are divided into an introduction, three chapters including subsections, and a conclusion. In the first chapter, I discussed the ideas and expectations related to the move, the needs upon arrival and what were the first impressions of the new place of residence. The second chapter focuses entirely on the social relations of migrants with the inhabitants of Warsaw, while the third is devoted to the different environmental conditions in which the author of the diary and her family had to find themselves, as well as how their behavior evolved, and the final thread is the assessment of they perceived their place of residence in emotional terms.
