Dziś zmienia się szybko: o konieczności pozyskiwania translatorycznej wiedzy prognostycznej
Abstrakt (EN)
Contemporarily, even greater interest in the field of knowledge is evoked by its prediction (forecasting) and foremost the estimation of what we want to know tomorrow, the day after tomorrow and the next day. Predicting the future is on the one hand predicting particular states of things and on the other hand obtaining knowledge on these states, i.e. prognostic knowledge which is also called the future knowledge. This article aims to offer scientific and economic arguments depicting an acute need of starting a discussion on the future of translation research. It also presents remarks on challenges translation studies shall face in the coming future. It also exhibits that these issues constitute a chance for the development of innovative translation research cases and consequently creating translation future knowledge.
