Tematem pracy magisterskiej jest „Bezpieczeństwo imprez masowych w Polsce w kontekście nowych zagrożeń”. Niniejsza praca zwraca uwagę istotę bezpieczeństwa, bezpieczeństwa imprez masowych oraz zagrożeń, jakie mogą wystąpić podczas imprez masowych. Praca podzielona jest na trzy rozdziały, dwa pierwsze omawiają dostępne akty prawne, publikacje naukowe i artykuły internetowe na temat bezpieczeństwa imprez masowych oraz ich organizacji. Pierwszy rozdział teoretyczny szczegółowo omawia pojęcie bezpieczeństwa. Przedstawia bezpieczeństwo w ujęciu prawnym, nauk o polityce, nauk o obronności. Przywołano typologię bezpieczeństwa, opisano bezpieczeństwo w kontekście imprez masowych, a także bezpieczeństwo w kontekście stabilizacji i rozwoju państwa. Rozdział drugi stanowi syntezę analiz aktów prawnych w kontekście prawnych regulacji organizacji imprez masowych. Opisano obowiązki organizatora, służb porządkowych, informacyjnych oraz kierownika ds. bezpieczeństwa. W trzecim rozdziale skupiono się na nowych zagrożeniach. Kolejne podrozdziały to tak zwane studium przypadku, gdzie omówiono zagrożenia imprez masowych, które wystąpiły w ostatnich dwudziestu latach. Przybliżono wnioski i zaproponowano rozwiązania, mające na celu poprawę bezpieczeństwa podczas imprez masowych.

The subject of the Master is Mass event security in Poland in the context of new threats. This thesis focuses on the importance of security, security of mass events, and the threats that may arise during mass events. The thesis is divided into three chapters, the first two discussing the available legal acts, scientific publications, and internet articles on the topic of mass event security and their organization. The first theoretical chapter discusses the concept of security in detail. It presents security from a legal standpoint, political science perspective, and defense studies. The typology of security is mentioned, describing security in the context of mass events, as well as security in the context of state stability and development. The second chapter synthesizes the analysis of legal acts in the context of legal regulations on organizing mass events. The duties of the organizer, security services, informational services, and safety manager are described. The third chapter focuses on new threats. Subsequent subchapters include case studies discussing threats at mass events that have occurred in the last twenty years. Conclusions are drawn and solutions are proposed to improve security during mass events.
