Transformacja cywilnych służb specjalnych RP po roku 1989

Tematem poniższej pracy jest transformacja cywilnych służb specjalnych RP po roku 1989. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów, w których zaprezentowano zagadnienia zawarte w literaturze przedmiotu dotyczące cywilnych służb specjalnych i procesu ich transformacji w Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. Pracę oparto na tezie, że reforma modelu przyjętego w 1990 r. oraz kompleksowe i konsekwentne wdrożenie modelu brytyjskiego w warunkach polskich należy uznać za koncepcję słuszną i racjonalną, jednak została ona zrealizowana w sposób niekompletny. W pracy wykorzystano metodę deskryptywną, komparatystyczną oraz analizę case study.

The topic of the following thesis is the transformation of civilian intelligence services in the Republic of Poland after 1989. The thesis consists of three chapters, in which issues related to civilian intelligence services and the process of their transformation in the Republic of Poland are presented, based on the literature on the subject. The thesis is based on the assumption that the reform of the model adopted in 1990 and the comprehensive and consistent implementation of the British model in the Polish context should be considered a correct and rational concept, but it was carried out incompletely. The thesis uses a descriptive method, a comparative method, and a case study analysis.
