Pokazywanie swojego życia prywatnego stało się trendem w przestrzeni medialnej. Osobowości internetowe wykorzystały ten trend tworząc treści, gdyż okazał się on być atrakcyjny dla części odbiorców. Przyczyniło się do powstania tego zjawiska, gdyż ludzie, zwłaszcza młode osoby chętniej oglądały działalność internetową patostreamerów. Platformy społecznościowe (TikTok, YouTube), umożliwiły tym twórcom zdobycie rozgłosu w Internecie poprzez możliwość wstawiania tam treści. Na zjawisko patostreamingu wpływa mechanizm przyciągania widza. Mechanizm ten składa się z wielu odziaływań i jego celem jest zachęcenie odbiorcy, by przypatrywał się życiu prywatnemu patotwórcy. Na wyżej wymienionych platformach oprócz wartościowych treści znajdują się takie, które mogą stanowić zagrożenie. Z pewnością należy za takie uznać patostreaming. Zjawisko patostreamingu polega na transmitowaniu na żywo (lub publikowaniu nagrań) treści zawierających patologię, przemoc, wulgaryzmy, dewiacyjne zachowania, czy inne szkodliwe i kontrowersyjne działania. W pracy licencjackiej podjęta została próba analizy wizerunków osobowości internetowych, zamieszczonych przez nich treści oraz wypowiedzi odbiorców, które dotyczą tych treści. Celem badań jest uzyskanie wiedzy na temat szkodliwych treści oraz ich wpływ na widza.

Showing private life has become a trend in the media space. Internet celebrities have exploited this trend by creating content because it has proven to be attractive to a part of the audience. It contributed to this phenomenon because people, especially young people, were more interested in watching patostreamers' online activities. Social media platforms (TikTok, YouTube), enabled these creators to gain notoriety on the Internet by being able to upload content there. The patostreaming problem is influenced by the viewer attraction mechanism. This mechanism consists of a range of interactions and its main goal is to encourage the viewer to watch the patostreamer's private life. On the aforementioned platforms, in addition to valuable content, there are some content that may constitute a threat. Certainly, we should consider patostreaming as such. The phenomenon of patostreaming is based on live broadcasting (or publishing videos) of content that includes pathology, violence, vulgarities, deviant behavior, or other harmful and controversial activities. This bachelor's thesis attempts to analyze the images of Internet celebrities, the content they post and the statements made by viewers about this content. The aim of the research is to gain knowledge about damaging content and how it affects the audience.
