Fenomen przywództwa kobiet w protestach na Białorusi w 2020 roku

Głównym celem niniejszej pracy jest odkrycie przyczyn pojawienia się i ujawnienie istoty fenomenu kobiecego przywództwa podczas protestów na Białorusi w 2020 roku. W pracy rozpatrzono niezbędną bazę teoretyczną tego zagadnienia, opisano zmiany w społecznym statusie i prawach białoruskich kobiet od początku dwudziestego wieku, szczegółowo przeanalizowano wydarzenia, które stały się podstawą do wysunięcia kobiet na czołowe role w protestach, opisano przebieg protestów i dyskursy płciowe, które były używane przez obie strony, przedstawiono charakterystykę dyskursów płciowych reżimu Aleksandra Łukaszenki i wyjaśniono, jak przyczynia się to do utrzymania przez niego władzy. Ponadto, w trakcie badania szczegółowo rozpatrzono udział kobiet w istniejącym modelu autorytarnym władzy na Białorusi.

The main goal of this work is to uncover the deep causes of the emergence and to reveal the essence of the phenomenon of women's leadership during the protests in Belarus in 2020. This study considers the necessary theoretical basis for this issue, describes changes in the social status and rights of Belarusian women since the beginning of the twentieth century, thoroughly examines the events that laid the groundwork for promoting women to leading roles in the protests, describes the course of the protests and the gender discourses used by both sides, provides a characterization of the gender discourses of Alexander Lukashenko's regime and explains how this helps him retain power. Also, the participation of women in the existing authoritarian model of power in Belarus is examined in detail throughout the research.
