W niniejszej pracy magisterskiej została omówiona tematyka składu sądu w drugiej instancji w postępowaniu cywilnym. Kwestia ta ma fundamentalne znaczenie zarówno dla ustroju sądownictwa, jak i dla ochrony praw uczestników postępowania. Dokonana została pogłębiona analiza składu sądu drugiej instancji wraz z innymi czynnikami, które mogą wpływać na tę materię, ze szczególnym naciskiem na porównanie składów kolegialnego i monokratycznego. W pracy wykorzystano różnorodne metody badawcze, aby zapewnić kompleksowe opracowanie tematu. Podstawową metodą była analiza dogmatycznoprawna, polegająca na szczegółowym badaniu przepisów prawa oraz ich interpretacji w doktrynie i orzecznictwie.

In this master's thesis, the composition of the court in the second instance in civil proceedings is discussed. This issue is of fundamental importance both for the judicial system and for the protection of the rights of the participants in the proceedings. An in-depth analysis of the composition of the second-instance court was conducted, along with other factors that may affect this matter, with a particular focus on the comparison between collegial and monocratic compositions. Various research methods were employed to provide a comprehensive examination of the topic. The primary method used was dogmatic legal analysis, which involves a detailed study of legal provisions and their interpretation in legal doctrine and case law.
