Oddziaływanie Zielonego Ładu na przemysł motoryzacyjny w Unii Europejskiej

Celem niniejszej pracy licencjackiej było zbadanie wpływu Europejskiego Zielonego Ładu na funkcjonowanie i transformację przemysłu motoryzacyjnego w Unii Europejskiej. W pracy przedstawiono główne założenia Zielonego Ładu, analizując ich konsekwencje prawne, technologiczne i społeczne dla sektora motoryzacyjnego. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono rozwojowi elektromobilności, adaptacji przemysłu do regulacji środowiskowych oraz wdrażaniu innowacyjnych technologii, takich jak pojazdy elektryczne, infrastruktura ładowania czy alternatywne źródła napędu. Przeanalizowano również zmiany w łańcuchach dostaw i produkcji oraz ich wpływ na rynek pracy. Badanie zostało wsparte analizą aktów prawnych, literatury przedmiotu oraz ankietą przeprowadzoną wśród konsumentów. Praca wskazuje, że Zielony Ład stymuluje głębokie przemiany strukturalne w europejskim przemyśle motoryzacyjnym, tworząc jednocześnie nowe wyzwania i szanse rozwojowe.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to examine the impact of the European Green Deal on the functioning and transformation of the automotive industry in the European Union. The thesis presents the main objectives of the Green Deal, analyzing their legal, technological, and social implications for the automotive sector. Particular attention was given to the development of electromobility, the industry's adaptation to environmental regulations, and the implementation of innovative technologies such as electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and alternative power sources. The study also analyzed changes in supply chains and production, as well as their impact on the labor market. The research was supported by an analysis of legal acts, relevant literature, and a consumer survey. The thesis indicates that the Green Deal stimulates profound structural changes in the European automotive industry, while simultaneously creating new challenges and development opportunities.
