A Variante Brasileira do Português: Repercussões na Variante Europeia

Celem pracy jest zbadanie wpływu brazylijskiej odmiany języka portugalskiego na odmianę europejską. W pierwszej części pracy wytłumaczono najważniejsze różnice fonetyczne, gramatyczne i leksykalne pomiędzy dwoma wariantami, porównując je ze sobą. Następnie skupiono się na powodach coraz częstszych wpływów charakterystycznych cech wariantu brazylijskiego w języku portugalskim używanym w Portugalii. Znaleziono powody kulturowo-historyczne, które widoczne są przede wszystkim w mediach, takich jak brazylijska muzyka, telenowele i filmy oraz w najnowszych czasach, tj. media społecznościowe, głównie filmy dostępne w serwisie Youtube. Migracja Brazylijczyków do Portugalii dodatkowo potęguje badany wpływ. W badaniu zastosowano metodę analizy materiałów multimedialnych, takich jak artykuły czy krótkie filmy. Analiza wykazała, że wpływy brazylijskie są zauważalne w codziennym życiu, a ludzie reagują w różnoraki sposób na zaistniałą sytuację. Niektórzy podchodzą do omawianego zjawisko bardzo negatywnie, inni zwyczajnie je akceptują. Badanie wykazało, wbrew pojawiającym się obawom, że odmiana europejska nie zaniknie ani nie zostanie zastąpiona odmianą brazylijską, co najwyżej zostanie wzbogaconą o nowe słowa i formy językowe.

The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of the Brazilian variant of Portuguese on the European variety. At the beginning, the main phonetic, grammatical, and lexical differences between the variants were explained and compared. The study then focused on the reasons behind the increasingly evident Brazilian influence on Portuguese spoken in Portugal. Cultural and historical factors were identified, which manifest primarily through the media, such as Brazilian music, telenovelas, and films, and more recently through social media, especially videos available on YouTube. The migration of Brazilians to Portugal also reinforces this influence. The methodology involved an analysis of multimedia materials, including articles and videos. The analysis showed that Brazilian influences are noticeable in everyday life, and people react in various ways to this situation. Some respond very negatively, while others simply accept the Brazilian influences. Despite the concerns of some individuals, the study demonstrated that the European variety will not disappear nor be replaced by the Brazilian variety, at most it may be enriched with new words and linguistic forms.

O objetivo deste trabalho foi investigar a influência da variante brasileira da língua portuguesa sobre a variante europeia. No início, foram explicadas as principais diferenças fonéticas, gramaticais e lexicais entre as duas variantes, comparando-as entre si. Em seguida, o estudo concentrou-se nas razões da crescente influência brasileira no português falado em Portugal. Foram identificados motivos histórico-culturais, que se manifestam principalmente nos meios de comunicação, como a música brasileira, telenovelas e filmes, e nos tempos mais recentes, ou seja, nas redes sociais, sobretudo os vídeos disponíveis no YouTube. A migração de brasileiros para Portugal também reforça a influência observada. Na investigação foi utilizada a metodologia de análise de materiais multimídia, incluindo artigos e vídeos. A análise demonstrou que as influências brasileiras são perceptíveis na vida cotidiana, e as pessoas reagem de maneiras diversas a essa situação. Alguns apresentam uma postura bastante negativa, enquanto outros simplesmente aceitam as influências. Apesar das preocupações de alguns indivíduos, o estudo mostrou que a variante europeia não desaparecerá nem será substituída pela variante brasileira, no máximo ficará enriquecida com novas palavras e formas linguísticas.
