Abstrakt (EN)
The aim of this article is to describe the Department of Ukrainian Studies of the University of Warsaw (Republic of Poland) nowadays. Founded almost 65 years ago the Department of Ukrainian Studies is the oldest Ukrainian research centre in Europe apart from those in Ukraine. Nowadays it is the mayor centre of teaching Ukrainian language in Warsaw and in Poland as well. Key words: Department of Ukrainian Studies, University of Warsaw, Ukrainian language
