Voluntary submission to a punishment

This part of the work regards the two consensual modes known to the Polish criminal law statute, called voluntary submission to a punishment or voluntary submission to criminal liability. It discusses in detail the prerequisites for the admissibility of the modes, the formal and procedural conditions, such as the time limit for filing the motion, the forms of the motion, the manner and scope of proceeding by the court of first instance, the type of the final settlement, and the limitations to the right to appeal against a judgment passed in this mode.
