Nazwy europejskich klubów piłkarskich w języku chińskim

Celem pracy jest przeanalizowanie sposobu, w jaki Chińczycy określają kluby piłkarskie grające w Europie. Europejska piłka nożna to najbardziej dochodowa i najpopularniejsza dyscyplina sportowa, oglądają ją ludzie na całym świecie, również w Chinach. Nazwy europejskich klubów w Chinach nie pozostają w oryginalnej formie – są adaptowane do wymogów języka chińskiego. Ze względu na specyfikę i odmienność tego języka w porównaniu do języków europejskich, przy tworzeniu chińskich wersji nazw pojawiają się zmiany. Zbadanie tych nazw wskaże wykorzystane przy tym zabiegi oraz użyte metody. Przeanalizowane zostaną również określenia klubów, czy kibiców danej drużyny, które wykształciły się w samych Chinach. Analiza ta może dostarczyć wielu informacji o języku, ale również kulturze piłkarskiej w Chinach.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the way in which Chinese people refer to football clubs playing in Europe. European football is the most profitable and one of the most popular sports in the world, attracting audiences globally, including in China. The names of European clubs do not remain in their original form in China; instead, they are adapted to the requirements of the Chinese language. Due to the unique characteristics of Chinese and its differences from European languages, various modifications occur when Chinese versions of club names are created. Examining these names will make it possible to identify the linguistic processes and methods used in their adaptation. The study will also analyze the names and nicknames of clubs, as well as the terms used to refer to their supporters, which have developed within China itself. Such an analysis can provide valuable insights not only into the Chinese language but also into football culture in China.
