Perspektywa rozwoju transportu miejskiego w Warszawie, Pradze i Budapeszcie – analiza porównawcza dokumentów strategicznych

Tematem pracy był rozwój transportu publicznego w trzech stolicach Europejskich: Warszawie, Pradze i Budapeszcie. Powstała ona w celu porównania problemów rozwoju transportu i propozycji ich rozwiązania oraz sformułowania rekomendacji dla obszarów zawartych w dokumentach każdego z analizowanych miast. W badaniach zastosowano metody analizy dokumentów oraz analizy porównawczej. Ich rezultatem było zidentyfikowanie podobieństw oraz różnic zarówno w strukturze, jak i treści analizowanych materiałów. Przeprowadzona analiza wykazała, że większe zróżnicowanie występuje w strategiach rozwoju miast, podczas gdy w planach mobilności widać generalne podobieństwo w formułowaniu głównych obszarów działań. Różnica w planach jest widoczna natomiast przede wszystkim na poziomie bardziej szczegółowych rozwiązań. Jednocześnie zarówno strategie, jak i plany mobilności różnią się pod względem struktury. Wymienione czynniki pozwoliły zidentyfikować obszary wskazane w dokumentach strategicznych, a w ramach nich rozwiązania, które mogą stanowić źródło inspiracji przy wyznaczaniu kierunków rozwoju transportu miejskiego.

The topic of this study was the development of public transport in three European capitals: Warsaw, Prague, and Budapest. It was created to compare transport development problems and proposed solutions, and to formulate recommendations for the areas covered in the documents of each of the analyzed cities. The study employed two research methods - document analysis and comparative analysis. The results identified similarities and differences in both the structure and content of the analyzed documents. The analysis revealed that greater diversity occurs in urban development strategies, while mobility plans demonstrate similarities in the formulation of key action areas. However, the differences between the plans are visible primarily at the level of more detailed solutions. At the same time, both mobility strategies and plans differ in structure. All these factors allowed to identify areas mentioned in the strategic documents, and within them, solutions that can serve as a source of inspiration for determining directions for urban transport development.
