Skuteczność działań polskich służb antyterrorystycznych na podstawie zamachów z lat 2015-2023

dc.abstract.enThe aim of this thesis is to examine the effectiveness of Polish counterterrorism services based on attacks from 2015 to 2023. The study employed a comparison of attacks occurring during this period in Poland with those in other European Union countries and various regions around the world. The first chapter of the thesis consists of definitions of the term terrorism. The description provided defines the understanding of this phenomenon in the subsequent parts of the thesis. The second chapter presents the history of terrorism across various periods in several countries to illustrate the broad and tragic consequences of these attacks. The next two chapters are dedicated to examining terrorist attacks and acts of terror carried out in our country in recent years—both those successfully executed by criminals and those that were prevented in time. The fifth chapter focuses on the attention of services and organizations responsible for maintaining security in Poland. It details the capabilities they possess and the campaigns they use to mitigate the phenomena of radicalism and terrorism. The results of comparing these situations indicate that Poland is considered a safe country, although it is not free from threats. The key to maintaining peace and security lies in developing the country based on new technologies and increasing public awareness.
dc.abstract.plCelem niniejszej pracy jest zbadanie skuteczności polskich służb antyterrorystycznych na podstawie zamachów z lat 2015-2023r. W badaniu zastosowano porównanie zamachów występujących w tym okresie na terenie Polski oraz innych krajów należących do Unii Europejskiej i innych z różnych regionów świata. Pierwszy rozdział pracy składa się z definicji pojęcia „terroryzm”. Opis tam zawarty określa pojmowanie tego zjawiska w dalszej części pracy. Rozdział drugi przedstawia historię terroryzmu występującą w różnych okresach czasu na terenie kilku państw, aby przybliżyć rozumienie szerokich i tragicznych skutków występowania ataków. Dwa kolejne rozdziały poświęcone są zapoznaniu się z atakami terrorystycznymi oraz aktami terroru dokonywanymi na terenie naszego kraju w ostatnich latach - zarówno tymi, które udało się dokonać przestępcom, jak i tymi, którym w porę zapobieżono. Rozdział piąty poświęcony jest uwadze służb i organizacji, które są odpowiedzialne za utrzymywanie stanu bezpieczeństwa w Polsce. Zawarte w nim są możliwości, które posiadają oraz kampanie, którymi posługują się, aby niwelować zjawiska radykalizmu i terroryzmu. Wyniki zestawienia ze sobą tych sytuacji wskazują, że Polska należy do krajów bezpiecznych, aczkolwiek nie jest pozbawiona zagrożeń. Kluczowym dla zachowania spokoju i bezpieczeństwa jest rozwijanie kraju w oparciu o nowe technologie i zwiększanie świadomości ludzi.
