Zespołowo, czyli jak? Analiza struktur produkcyjnych polskiej kinematografii okresu PRL

dc.abstract.enFilm units were institutionally based creative and production groups that operated during the People's Republic of Poland. The author examines their origins and analyzes the history of their transformation from 1955 to 1989. She shows what political pressures they were exposed to. By citing the filmmakers's industry stories, she reconstructs the autoethnography of the film community, the work culture and the identity-forming qualities of the collectives. She describes the origins of the ideas on the basis of which the teams were formed, and further looks at their implementation. She re-constructs the concepts and myths accumulated around the film unions through a critical analysis, in order to get to the source of the fascination that accompanies them to this day.
dc.abstract.plZespoły filmowe były instytucjonalnie zakorzenionymi grupami twórczo-produkcyjnymi, które działały w okresie PRL. Autorka bada ich genezę i analizuje historię przekształceń w latach 1955-1989. Wykazuje, jakim naciskom politycznych były poddawane. Poprzez przywołanie opowieści branżowych, odtwarza autoetnografię środowiska filmowego, kulturę pracy i tożsamościowotwórcze właściwości kolektywów. Opisuje początki idei, na bazie których zespoły powstawały, a w dalszej części przygląda się ich realizacji. Re-konstruuje koncepcje i mity nagromadzone wokół zespołów filmowych, aby poprzez kry-tyczną analizę dotrzeć do źródła towarzyszącej im do dziś fascynacji.
