Kult Mitry w starożytnym Rzymie: analiza architektoniczna zachowanych mitreów

dc.abstract.enThe work concerns the architectural analysis of selected mithraea from the area of the city of Rome. The temples were analyzed in terms of architectural form, function of rooms, interior furnishings and their common features. To familiarize the reader with the topic of the work, the author included an introduction devoted to the history of the cult. The work also touched upon the most important aspects of iconography, the motive of tauroctony, and what the hierarchy in Mithraism was.
dc.abstract.plPraca dotyczy analizy architektonicznej wybranych mitreów z obszaru miasta Rzym. Świątynie zostały przeanalizowane pod względem formy architektonicznej, funkcji pomieszczeń, wyposażenia wnętrz oraz ich cech wspólnych. Aby przybliżyć temat pracy czytelnikowi autor zawarł wprowadzenie poświęcone historii kultu. W pracy zostały również poruszone najważniejsze aspekty ikonografii, motyw tauroctonii, oraz na czym polegała hierarchia w mitraizmie.
