Wykorzystanie systemów zarządzania treścią (CMS) w architekturze przestrzeni informacyjnej

dc.abstract.enIn this bachelor's thesis, the way various content management systems (CMS) shape the usability of selected library websites was analyzed. The aim of the research was to compare websites based on different CMS and to examine how a specific system determines the usability and information architecture of the websites, as well as the consequences of this choice for accessibility, information retrieval, and interactivity on these pages. Jakob Nielsen's usability heuristics were applied to evaluate user interfaces, allowing for a detailed analysis of each site. The results indicate that CMS plays a crucial role in shaping the information architecture and overall usability of the pages. It was also found that not all CMS examined are equally flexible in adapting to user needs, which may limit the accessibility and functionality of websites. The thesis emphasizes the necessity for further research on optimizing CMS for the specific needs of libraries.
dc.abstract.plW niniejszej pracy licencjackiej przeanalizowano sposób, w jaki różne systemy zarządzania treścią (CMS) kształtują użyteczność wybranych stron internetowych bibliotek. Celem badań było porównanie witryn opartych na różnych CMS i sprawdzenie, w jaki sposób konkretny system determinuje użyteczność i architekturę informacji stron internetowych oraz jakie są konsekwencje tego wyboru dla dostępności, wyszukiwania informacji i interaktywności na tych stronach. W pracy zastosowano heurystyki użyteczności Jakoba Nielsena do oceny interfejsów użytkownika, co umożliwiło szczegółową analizę każdej witryny. Wyniki wskazują, że CMS odgrywa kluczową rolę w kształtowaniu architektury informacji oraz ogólnej użyteczności stron. Stwierdzono również, że nie wszystkie badane CMS są równie elastyczne w adaptacji do potrzeb użytkowników, co może ograniczać dostępność i funkcjonalność witryn internetowych. W pracy podkreślono konieczność dalszych badań nad optymalizacją CMS pod kątem specyficznych potrzeb bibliotek.
