dc.abstract.enThe thesis The political system of the Transnistrian Moldavian Republic in the years 1991 - 2021. Selected issues” analyzes the political system of Transnistria, a quasi-state in the east of Moldova. Transnistria, although it has its own state structures, is not internationally recognized and is formally part of Moldova. The main chapters discuss the government. the legislative, executive and judicial branches of the NRM, presenting their structure, functions and relationships. The legislative power covers the functioning of the Supreme Council, the executive power - the role of the president and the structure of the government, and the judicial power - the structure of the courts and the status of judges. The conclusion summarizes the political system of the NRM.

Wybrane zagadnienia” analizuje system polityczny Naddniestrza, quasi - państwa na wschodzie Mołdawii. Naddniestrze, choć posiada własne struktury państwowe, nie jest uznawane międzynarodowo i formalnie stanowi część Mołdawii. Główne rozdziały omawiają władzę ustawodawczą, wykonawczą i sądowniczą NRM, przedstawiając ich strukturę, funkcje i relacje. Władza ustawodawcza obejmuje funkcjonowanie Rady Najwyższej, władza wykonawcza – rolę prezydenta i strukturę rządu, a władza sądownicza – strukturę sądów i status sędziów. Zakończenie podsumowuje system polityczny NRM.
