Aktywność społeczna i polityczna”, jest próbą dokonania analizy działalności społecznej i politycznej, jaką prowadziła Polonia francuska w latach 1944/1945-1956, a zwłaszcza jak radziła sobie ona w kontekście odmiennych interesów reprezentowanych przez polskie władze komunistyczne, organizacje starej emigracji zarobkowej i nowej emigracji uchodźczej. Głównym założeniem dysertacji jest ukazanie funkcjonowania Polonii w okresie tużpowojennym oraz w warunkach zimnej wojny i rywalizacji Zachodu z blokiem komunistycznym. Podstawę źródłową stanowią dokumenty zgromadzone w archiwach polskich i francuskich. Ze strony polskiej są to raporty, sprawozdania, protokoły, depesze, szyfrogramy, oświadczenia zdeponowane w archiwum Ministerstwa Spraw Zagranicznych, Archiwum Akt Nowych, Muzeum Historii Polskiego Ruchu Ludowego w Warszawie. Ze strony francuskiej natomiast wykorzystane zostały dokumenty z archiwum MSZ- Archives du Minist è re des Affaires É trang è res w Paryżu, Archiwum Narodowego-Archive Nationale Pierrefitte-sur-Seine w Saint-Denis, Prefektury Policji w Paryżu oraz Biblioteki Polskiej. Ważne źródło wiedzy na temat poznania polskich środowisk emigracyjnych stanowiła prasa emigracyjna („Kultura”, „Polska Wierna”, „Pokój i Wolność”, „Sztandar Polski”, „Nasze Pisemko”, „Polskie Pacholę”, „Placówka”, „Gazeta Ludowa”, „Gazeta Polska”, „Światło”), w tym przede wszystkim dziennik „Narodowiec” (wyd. w Lens) oraz tygodnik „Syrena” (wyd. w Paryżu). Praca składa się z pięciu rozdziałów i jest próbą syntetycznego ujęcia działalności Polonii francuskiej lat 1944/1945-1956. Dla pełnego zrozumienia powojennej historii polskiej emigracji we Francji przedstawione zostały również dzieje wychodźstwa polskiego od schyłku XVIII w. do 1945 r., stosunki polsko-francuskie w latach 1944/1945-1956 oraz rola Polonii w polityce władz PRL i IV Republiki (rozdziały I i II). Rozdziały IV i V traktują o działalności społecznej i politycznej polskich środowisk emigracyjnych we Francji w trudnych latach kryzysu i odbudowy Europy Zachodniej. Problematykę tę ujęto w dwóch częściach 1944-1948 i 1948-1956, z cezurą czasową wyznaczoną przez rok 1948, początek zimnej wojny. Ważną rolę dla jej zrozumienia stanowi rozdział poprzedzający (III), w którym przedstawiono życie społeczne Polonii, widziane z perspektywy polskich kolonii rozsianych po niemalże wszystkich departamentach Francji oraz jej przemiany, na które wpływ miały wydarzenia obu wojen światowych. |
| dc.abstract.pl | Mgr Kinga Kubicka-summary This work titled: " The Polish Diaspora in France in the years 1945-1956. Social and political activity" attempts to show the analysis of the social and political activities which the Polish Diaspora led in the years 1944/1945-1956 in France, and especially how it dealt with in the context of different interests represented by the Polish communist authorities, the organizations of the old labour emigration and the new refugee emigration. The main assumption of this dissertation is to show the functioning of the Polish Diaspora in France in the post-war period and in the conditions of the Cold War and the rivalry of the West with the communist bloc. The source basis are documents collected in Polish and French archives. From the Polish side, these are reports, messages, ciphertexts, statements deposited in the archives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Central Archive of Modern Records, The Museum of history of the Polish People's Movement in Warsaw. From the French side, however, there were used the documents from the archives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Archives du Ministère des Affaires Étrangères in Paris, National Archives - Archives Nationale Pierrefitte- sur-Seine in Saint-Denis, Police Prefecture in Paris and The Polish Library. A crucial source of knowledge about getting acquainted with the Polish emigration environment was the emigration press ("Kultura", "Polska Wierna", "Pokój i Wolność", "Sztandar Polski", "Nasze Pisemko", "Polskie Pacholę", "Placówka", "Gazeta Ludowa", "Gazeta Polska", "Światło"), including in particular the daily titled “Narodowiec” (published in Lens) and the weekly "Syrena" (published in Paris). The work consists of five chapters and it presents an attempt to capture synthetically the activities of the Polish Diaspora in France from the years of 1944 / 1945-1956. For a full understanding of the post-war history of Polish emigration in France, the history of Polish emigration from the end of the eighteenth century to 1945 is also presented, as well as Polish- French relations in the years of 1944/1945-1956 and the role of the Polish Diaspora in the policy of the People’s Republic of Poland authorities and the French Fourth Republic (Chapters I and II). Chapters IV and V present social and political activities of Polish emigrate circles in France in the difficult years of crisis and the reconstruction of West Europe. These issues were included in two parts, 1944-1948 and 1948-1956, with a turning point designated by the year of 1948, the beginning of the Cold War. An important role for its understanding is the preceding chapter (III), in which the social life of the Polish community was presented, seen from the perspective of Polish colonies scattered around almost all departments of France and its transformations influenced by the events of both world wars. |
